Residential Maintenance
In Spring
An annual inspection of your air conditioner on a warm day is recommended before turning your unit on for the summer. During an inspection our technician will check and adjust refrigeration pressures as needed, check for leaks, tighten valves, clean the condensers and clean washable filters. It is recommend for homeowners with disposable filters to change them quarterly to promote good air flow to the air conditioner. A blocked filter can damage your air conditioner. Home owners should know the size filter needed as there are many sizes. Let our staff know when booking an appointment what size your furnace requires.
In Fall
Your furnace requires an annual inspection and cleaning to protect you and your family from unknown gas leaks. Our licenced technicians will inspect the heat exchanger and all the safety switches. They will check for gas leaks. After a thorough inspection our technician will clean the furnace. Sometimes the blower wheel will need to be removed for a more thorough cleaning and may take a little longer. An inspection of your furnace prior to turning it on for the winter will give you and your family peace of mind. Let our staff know when booking an appointment what size filter your furnace requires.
